Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Think Papers, we're not just in the business of providing premium bamboo toilet paper; we're in the business of making a difference. Our partnership with One Tree Planted and Tree Nation is our promise to you and the planet. For every roll you use, we plant a tree. It's a small act with a massive impact, ensuring a greener and healthier Earth. Join us in this transformative journey, and let's create a world that's not just cleaner but more beautiful for all.
"At Think Papers, we're on a mission to make a positive impact on the environment by planting one tree for every toilet paper roll we sell. With our sustainably sourced bamboo toilet paper, we're committed to reducing deforestation and minimizing our carbon footprint, all while providing you with eco-friendly, soft, and strong toilet paper."
Kalhana, Founder

Bamboo grows 10-20x faster than trees. It grows up to 3 feet a day and, when you cut it, it just shoots right back up - a super-renewable resource!

While forests take 30-50 years to mature after being replanted, most bamboos can be - harvested every year.

Bamboo is a giant grass. As a colony plant, it's root system distributes energy efficiently to shoot up new stalks and expand its roots, which is how it spreads and grows so fast.

Although bamboo is a grass, the stalks are thick and woody. The result is a soft and silky fiber that evolved to bend rather than break, making it stronger than some steel alloys!

Bamboo is naturally hypoallergenic which means it's gentle on even the most sensitive bottoms.

Bamboo grows naturally and organically - no need for fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. Planting bamboo groves prevents soil erosion and can help degraded lands come back to life.

The bamboo used in our toilet paper is not farmed commercially. We source it from FSC certified farms where it provides a source of income and stability for communities.

The bamboo is hand-cut and harvested using a machete eliminating the need for heavy machinery and other invasive and destructive harvesting practices.

Using bamboo (from a panda-free region) helps preserve the planet's biodiversity by protecting the thousands of species that depend on forest ecosystems for survival.

Not only does using bamboo save forests, bamboo also releases 35% more oxygen compared to a similar area of hardwood trees. We call this win-win!
